Anxiety and panic disorder

Hi, so basically within my class at college I’m usually a bubbly and talkative person however once my anxiety kicks in I completely shut off and this could last 3/4 days of me not wanting to talk to anyone. Some people find me pathetic and don’t understand the things I go through making it a struggle for me to attend. Certain people think I do it for attention and don’t understand the hardship I go through. Any advice on how to deal with people who don’t understand etc?

Thank you

22041173, turn a deaf ear to them. They can't and will never understand what

you are feeling. Pull away when you have to, this is your survival method.

Eventually, it will get easier for you to do this. We can't be what others expect us

to be. Breathe my friend :) xx
