Anxiety/ panic disorder

So sorry I post so much :(. I was just wondering does anyone use lavender essential oil to help with anxiety/panic attacks? I use it in my oil diffuser and I run it on my body, but I was curious where are the best spots to rub it? Any tips on anything I can do with lavender essential oil helps thank you.

Hi. Please don't apologize. I love my essential oils! I rub the lavender one behind both ears.

I have a lavender blend that is awesome too. It works at calming me within 5 minutes and is Dr. Hauschka's Moor Lavender Soothing Body Oil. I rub this behind both ears and on my neck.

I get mine from the health food store here. I'm sure Amazon has it as well. You're welcome! :)

Got the name wrong. "Calming", not "soothing". Here it is on Amazon. Would you mind telling me where in the US you are? You can message me if more comfortable.

If you mix it with a carrier oil like sweet almond or sunflower you can use it in the bath. Actually you can put it in straight alone too.

I’ll have to try that. Another thing I would like to try is getting a damp wash cloth and putting lavender oil on it and putting it over your eyes.
