Had a leaflet through the door today from the NHS offering free one-to-one therapy online with a fully qualified therapist for British people living in Surrey. So far they have helped 30,000 people. Many people found it easier to talk to a therapist online and you don't have to take time off work. Says it works for anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks and OCD.

To find out more and sign up visit iesohealth.com/cbt-surrey

or speak to someone confidentially on 08000745560 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Pity it's only in the county of Surrey, maybe it will be rolled out if successful.

No doubt you will need to supply your National Insurance and/or NHS number and be able to prove you live at an address in Surrey.

20 years ago I paid £1000 for a course of CBT therapy at the famous Priory Centre but I never understood what it was all about. Don't be put off by that though, it was probably just me.

She started with the presumption that I had low self-esteem, I'm afraid I spent the next ten minutes telling her of my fine abilities 😂and achievements🤣🤣 so I suppose it was never going to work out.

I was less modest in those days.
