This is soooo true on so many levels. The more tabs I try to close the more seems to open up again. It's so hard to concentrate one just 1 things hard to stay focus on 1 task. Guess I'm not cut out to focus on 1 particular thing guess being a multi-tasker is a good quality but can be very stressful and very overwhelming. I tend to feel guilty when I don't finished EVERYTHING that I have started. I feel ashamed, sadden, unaccomplished, and then the depression start kicking in. Even if I finish 1 thing out of say 3 things I'm working on the quilt of not completing all of them take over in my mind and mess the rest of my day up.
One day it will calm down. One dayπ

Have a day off the internet and go for a walk in a park or somewhere quiet....listen to just birdsong maybe
Get good at multi-tasking so youβll not have guilt? Or use opportunities to help you work better on your guilt.
Most of us have way more than we can handle on any given day, when you get frustrated get up and remove your self from self sabotage, go for a walk, learn strategies to help you cope from allowing βoverwelmnessβ taking over.
Itβs better to spend 10-15 minutes on managing it than it is to not complete time sensitive tasks, also moving a task(s) that is not time sensitive to the next day is okay too.
I feel the same at times... I try and quiet my mind with yoga, meditation or I make a list then narrow down which is a to do, I want to do, need to do and what is noise or anxiety...
I find that thc helps when yoga wonβt and it usually is my brain telling me to slow down and focus on what is important not the overwhelming feeling of what ifs..
