Hello. Ugh, I'm trying to write something, but I don't know how to ask without seeming weird lol ;). Well, here it goes. My sister is in a major depression right now, and I'm heavily effected. I have anxiety myself, and I also have a dog to care for. Everyone in the family is taking enormous strain. I was wondering if anyone had any advice, thoughts, or stories that relate? Thanks
