Bipolar disorder symptoms are so much like depression symptoms. I really don't know if I am a bipolar. I just need to see a therapist to know, i hope you get much help here as much as i need too🌷🌷

My therapist tells me she notices me being bipolar sometimes. But I'm never feeling happy. I'm sad, lonely and yet at the same time, avoid social situations. That doesn't even make sense to me.
