Ive had good results with D and B12 , but I was low to deficient in both. GABA isn’t suppose to work since it can’t pass through the blood brain barrier.

After reading your previous posts I think you are on the menopause the best natural thing for the menopause I have ever come across is aguaje it's from the rainforests of Peru

Research natural remedies for the menopause

dizziness is a less well known symptom

I haven't had HRT bc aguaje works for me but I would consider HRT as you need something to fix it luckily it can be fixed
