For the last couple months my depression has kicked in full force and so has my paranoia!! It's messing up my relationship and my daily activities especially anything fun with my children and family! I don't enjoy things I'm always rescheduling anything that has to do with fun myself S/O & I stay arguing about the smallest things cause of me and the sex its like we're on a schedule because I can't even get in the mood (mojo is GONE) therapist keeps giving me different meds and I'm scared to take them I'm scared to take any meds because the side effects are worse than what you have going on!! Is there any natural remedies that really work to help with my depression and anxiety and my PCOS???

Are you taking medicine for your PCOS? You know that its a chemical problem as much as a physical problem so it makes for a chemical problem that needs adjustment in your brain as well. Please take care of your brain and attempt to take something that will add the right chemicals in your brain so you can have your life back.

My daughter has pcos and pmdd. Metformin is standard. It saves on pain, numerous vaginal ultrasounds, and mood swings for your life until menopause. It’s usually a very small amount; just enough to guide your body. It’s always your choice.

It says it lowers blood sugar but i dont want to get sick because my sugar isn't high so it will lower it below normal right?? Does it also help with depression and weight gain?? Oh and sex drive? Im prescribed 500mg twice a day how should i space those out? Is that a good normal dose?
