i've just recently found that water coloring, journaling, and cleaning are great ways for me to clear my mind. in regards to my anxiety, i make sure that i allow my watercolor paintings and doodles and such to be my own kind of beauty, instead of forcing myself to make it "perfect"

Listen to Joyce Meyer. Search her on YouTube and watch as many videos as you can. Get to know God. I invited the Holy Spirit inside of me and he is working inside my brain to reduce my anxiety and depression. This has really worked for me.

Listen to Joyce Meyer IT WORKS!

I hope and pray you find peace.

- Discipline and exercises. When you actually "get on tracks" with consistent discipline the feeling of accomplishment over yourself is almost orgasmic. You feel in control, and things happen as you plan.

- Working harder and more - so the vacations and holidays feel more relaxing.

- Exercising - i have wrote a lot here how great doing any sports is. If you do them consistently they are almost guaranteed to make you feel amazing.

- Looking for places to get small victories - you need that feeling of success, which will allow you to strive for more success. From winning a chess game and scoring a goal in soccer, to getting that diploma, dream job, building business.

and

- Reading. Anything. Brain needs about 20 minutes to click and get into the thing you read. I suggest thick good books by famous authors. Everyone know them, barely anyone have read them :)

- Having animals to play with

- meeting friends who have some plan or idea and you can just let go of your problems and help them realize their ideas.

- doing something new

- really really evaluating why I feel something. Then reasoning whether I should feel it, or I simply mistakenly am emotional without a reason. And then - are my feelings productive/solving the problem, or I should rather forget./do something else etc. Apply stoic principles, that you should not be bothered by external things.
