Overthinking

I got my Effexor And Buspirone dosage upped recently after having a bad depression and anxiety episode. I’ve started to feel better. However, there’s that lingering feeling in the back of my mind wondering when that depression and anxiety will creep in again. does anybody else have this?

I have it at times but when those thoughts pop up I tell myself that I will deal with it if and when it happens. You're dealing with your anxiety and depression now so you have the strength to deal with it if it becomes worse. Many people think anyone suffering from depression and anxiety is weak. But we are actually strong in our own way. We are survivors.
