cestmoiquiessaie means "this is me trying" in French which is why I named my profile this. I have pretty severe MDD (since 2007) and Anxiety with a side of PTSD, ADHD, and Insomnia (all diagnosed by multiple psychiatrists 🤦). I have struggled a lot but I am still here. ✨
I have provided peer support in the past as a certified peer counselor in the state of NY and am open to talking with anyone who needs connection, conversation, a new perspective, or anything really.
I truly believe we who have depression are all in it together as a team (it makes it feel less lonely that way).
Sending love and good vibes always 🖤

I am also new to the online community and am seeking connection with other empathetic beings. I understand the struggle and the loneliness you mentioned and fully embrace your team metaphor 😊 Our team deserves to be heard and to heal.
I didn’t mean anything rude… I was only asking so I could better understand the comment you made. I kinda figured you were joking around but it felt like it went right over my head so I guess I was asking what you meant so I wouldn’t feel left out…
Glad to have you and your experience. This group does help alot. I am in a coping skills group at my clinic but it is a threatening environment. The other people there have been court ordered to be there. They are anti therapist and don't think they need skills to cope with normal life. I am feeling pretty good the last few days. I've increased therapy to twice a week, back on therapeutic dose of antipsychotic and focaline so I feel pretty normal. It's been a while. Let this serve as hope for those you don't feel well today. Good days are ahead
