I don't know what to do.

I feel so lost within my own head 24/7. I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin and I just want all this pain to stop. I'm so unsure about everything I feel like my world is caving in and I don't know what to do anymore.

awe i’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. school is hard but you won’t have to deal with it forever! before you know it, it will be over with. my highschool years went by so fast and i miss it sometimes. try using the headspace app it’s great for getting rid of those negative thoughts 💭

I get how you feel. Just know you are not alone. I just try to always remind myself that I’ve made it through every other hardship in my life and I too can make it through this.

No problem. I truly joined this group for support. I feel my friends and family just think I complain or seek out compliments but sometimes people who are hurting just need reassurance and some positivity shown to them.

I am so sorry you are having a bad day. Take each day and think about something positive. Is the sun shining today? Are you having a good hair day? lol Stages of our lives come and go and our feelings can change so dramatically from one phase to the next. Do you have a faith or belief system to help guide you through this difficult time? When I am down and out, this is what I tend to rely heavily on. I'll be praying that tomorrow is a better day :)

Sometimes - when we don't know what to do - it's OK to do nothing, for a while.

School can be tough, life in general can be tough, at times. But we can come through.

Sadly we have to get through the sad/tough times as well as the good.

And there will be good - it's up to us to make sure of that. Make the most of the simple things in life.

If we don't expect too much from other people - we won't be too disappointed.

Rising above the things some people do that cause us stress is helpful, though maybe not always easy.

Are you sleeping well? Tiredness makes everything worse.

Can you treat yourself to your favourite food and some early nights?

It's OK to get some "me" time and catch up on some quality rest.

x
