I’m not feeling well. Think I’m getting sick but my mom thinks that any time I don’t feel well it’s my depression. And if it’s my depression then I need to just ignore it cuz it’s fake. She doesn’t get that I’m sick. So when I told her I left work early she got mad at me and told me that I can’t do that again. What am I supposed to do? One is totally independent of the other but she doesn’t get that.

If you’re old enough to work you’re old enough to make your own decisions regarding when you work and how you feel. Trust yourself.
I understand. If only I had a dollar for every time I have been told that whatever I am experiencing is in my head. Even when they are real illnesses. You know your body and you know when you aren't feeling well. Don't let her get to you.
I hate to say it, but @&#_ your mom. She doesn't take you seriously. Return the favor.
There is nothing you can do to change how she thinks or what she believes, just do what you can on your side with it. Truth comes out in time. Take care of yourself, take a good multi vitamin which will help a lot with both preventing sickness and preventing depression. Some people will always think the worst and are just harsh people, no one can be changed...unless they are wearing a diaper, lol. Saw that recently online, too funny, but true. Blessings to you, dear.
