I hope you’re right!
God has given us all free will so it's up to us to bring about our own recovery. These things are sent to try us.
But the more we learn about anxiety and depression the less we fear it. Fear is the enemy that gives us all the bad feelings and false ideas. The more we agree to accept it for the moment the less we will experience these annoying symptoms.
