I consider myself a slightly unlikely member because I do receive a much treatment for my conditions. On top of that I am relatively "successful". But the problem is that my condition remains treatment resistant. So I feel I need extra support. And therapists all seem to have tunnel vision... they are good in some way, but they miss so much that is out there.
Hope I can find some benefit joining the community, and maybe help others along the line.

I’ve posted a lot here, I find it most helpful to say how I feel and get it out there, so to speak. I have also learnt a lot from posting and reading posts here..about better managing things in respect of my mental health..
Plus I love to share my peaceful tranquil moments when I visit nice places..

You take such awesome pictures of the places you visit....You are aware of the book my writing group is currently working on....Would you be willing to share some of you pics, perhaps with a bit of commentary attached? Are you kidding, we'd love to see your pictures! Would we be able to use any in the book? We are seriously working on a book of material from the members of H/U here. We're all amateurs but, we have big hearts!

I’m currently having CBT so not around quite as much...making plans of any kind is a bit hit and miss right now, therapy tends to have that affect on me, well I think most of us 😊 🌺🌺
