Anxiety sky high

What are people’s experiences of taking sertraline I am coming to the end of 4th week taking 50mg after coming off paroxetine. Did people find the 3rd and 4th week the worst as not too bad first couple of weeks but now anxiety sky high. Did the anxiety improve after 4th week. How did you cope with anxiety ? Please don’t put up answers if sertraline did not work just want to hear positive views as need a way forward. Thank you in advance

Have been on sertraline in the past and yes for the first few weeks they make symptoms worse (check the literature I'm sure says it in there) if you are worried just let the shrink know and they'll probably run something alongside it like quitiapine.

For me, the last few weeks were better. I had higher anxiety and depression in the beginning but once 2 weeks passed I was completely ok. It's been a few months and I feel good.

I take Sertraline for 2 years now.It works for me.I take 100 mg morning and night

How long did it start working when you first took it. Did you have anxiety around 3rd and 4th week

It started working about a month after first taking it.However anxiety still tries to creep in but it’s a lot easier to deal with
