It's been a while, people. Life's getting harder by the second. I'm fading real quick and it's scary. Hold on, yeah? I'm doing just that but the thread is stretched real bad. I pray it doesn't snap before I get help. I really pray.

That’s not a good feeling but, I have been there. I feel like that now, actually. I hold to the fact that change is constant. I could wake up tomorrow and feel a little better. Maybe that little thread is stronger than you thought.
My thread broke once. You can only take so much. It's like pulling a rubber band at both ends and it finally breaks.
I hope you don't have to reach the breaking point. Being aware you are hanging by a thread is great awareness to change something before it breaks.
Mine broke without me realizing what was happening. In hind sight I can see it all so clearly. Don't wait for hindsight, that's my advice.
I know you are strong. And this thread is made of steel. There’s is so much much beauty and positivity inside us, we need to let it out. Depression/anxiety are constantly trying to lock them up in a trunk, we shouldn’t let them.

Some days when it actually seems I cannot control myself the intense mood swings and stress I wonder how we awesome people go on and on and it’s because we care. Even when we get feeling numb or majorly depressed there is it a whisper or a scream it is always there, a guide.
I recently got back from a crisis center and it helped me. I hope you get all help you need. 🤗

I can understand what you are going through. Don’t give up hope. If you have survived up till now, then you have got what it takes to overcome this. You are a survivor.
