MAGNESIUM!!!!

I had been suffering a constant, jittery anxiety and PVCs every couple of days..... I was exhausted and napping everyday.... Having panic attacks.

I had read that potassium and magnesium can help reduce pvcs and in fact my blood test showed I was low on potassium. I started increasing my potassium just with diet but when I started taking a magnesium supplement about a week ago, I felt SO MUCH BETTER!!!! Honestly, I couldn't believe what a difference it made. No anxiety, no pvcs and I have normal energy and no panic. I never understand why doctors don't place more stock into some of the dietary/supplemental factors of anxiety before prescribing ativan, beta blockers etc. I haven't had to take any of the beta blockers prescribed to me bc since taking the magnesium I haven't had any of my previous symptoms.

Just wanted to share for those who want to eliminate some of these potential contributors or find some things that help. Because we all know every little bit helps when it comes to the anxiety beast!!!

Sending big hugs to everyone out there who is struggling. 😘

Agree with you . Supplements are not recommended and rarely tested for. Guess you were lucky to get test results and interpret them yourself.

Absolutely. Magnesium is the simplest way to supplement and is very effective for many people with anxiety and depression and can do no harm to others ( as long as you stick to recommended dosage).
