Hi
I am a 20 year old woman who has Depression, Anixesty and Epilepsy as well as PCOS. To be honest, I am having problems with my anixesty at the moment and it is compounded by being on the spectrum. I feel like some of my issues are ASD related and some are related my PCOS as well as relating to mental health. Is there anyone else out there? I just feel a bit on my own at the moment and it would be nice to know there is someone in a similar postion.
It sounds like you have access to medical care, and I’m glad about that. What about therapy? Do you think it would help to talk to a therapist.
I have had therapy and counceliing so I think it is just going to be a matter of getting on with things
Does anyone here have trouble getting out of their own way?
Is anyone out there my age going through isolation and depression?
Can’t socialize and have trouble reaching out to anyone 
Has anyone ever given you hopes and dreams, then throws you out like garbage? Has anyone ever been triggered by a noise, a specific sound that bring out your worse memories
