Today was a bad day..... and even tho I havenât cut in a whole month, the urge became irresistible, especially with the bad thoughts clouding my mindđ. Today I hit a depressive low, a low I havenât hit since I found this place.....please pray for međâ¤ď¸

Heeey, you are not alone! âđ˝Bad days happen, they are as important as good ones. Itâs ok, try to get the emotion out of you - cry over movie, write or draw. As long as you try to work this out it gets better.
Also you can try aromatherapy, read about it seems like good stuff, is used as supplemental treatment for anxiety and depression.

First and foremost, I'm sorry you had a bad day and I truly hope you find a better day awaiting you tomorrow (or today depending where you are). I hope you were able to resist how you cope and I am sorry that things were low enough where you felt this way. I've also had some pretty rough days as of lately, so I know that when it rains, it seems to pour. But never forget that when the storms or bad days like the one you had occur, the sun does come out. I also want you to be proud of making this far in terms of the cutting. I know it says you don't see a therapist, but is there anyone...friends, family, or even someone at a church that you feel comfortable talking with in person about it? I know it isn't an easy conversation, but I think it'll feel better not having to hold such a tremendous burden to yourself. If not, please keep seeking support here for sure.
For now, please remember that both bad and good days come and go. While today wasn't so great, we hope the odds for a better tomorrow increase. I find that they all come in pieces...a bunch of good days...and then some bad. But when the bad comes, we look back on the good while looking forward to those moments and days returning. Keep remembering the strength you've shown just by having some online support. You're not alone and I truly am praying that things turn around quickly for you. If you can, allow yourself a little self-kindness and compassion. You are worthy of these things, no matter how bad the day was or maybe someone said some untrue unhelpful things. We must hold onto the positive things, days, and moments to remind us it isn't and cannot always be bad. Please check back in and let us know, at the least, that you're okay. Prayers that things turn around very soon.

You are not alone, what works for me its listen to music or read a book, it gets me out of the reality for just a few minutes. I hope you feel better...
