Hi, I know I haven’t been on here very much and I feel really bad because I want to help people on here who are suffering. I also feel bad because I’m like the opposite of a fair-weather friend and only write posts when I need help. I’m sorry. Right now I’m freaking out and I don’t know what to do. I’m at lunch at school and I don’t have anyone to talk to because I don’t want to tell my friends and my sister went out for lunch and I hate bothering my teachers. I don’t know what to do and I don’t know why I’m freaking out. I was so good last week and now it’s just as bad as before. I’m so sorry, thanks for reading.

Hi Sam, we are always here to listen to you. I know how uncomfortable a

situation is when finding yourself alone at lunchtime. Nothing to be sorry

for, it is human to feel alone. Talk to me.

Hey! I can understand how u would feeling right now.school sometimes can be too much without any particular reason.

Few weeks before I just broke down in school just because I felt I'm not prepared for my prep test which were so easy that I still think what was I afraid of.

Right now ,talking to someone is good way to distract yourself. Try to smile and laugh with any friend of yours. It helps me sometimes. Hope u feel good soon.

Hope you are doing better? I have a son that has been out of high school a few years . It was a tough time for him as it is for many . So much peer pressure, social rules/stress . Try to not take it so seriously. Hang in there 🌞

As someone who has worked in schools, please know you are not bothering your teachers or counselors. That is why they are there. You can vent here as well.

Hello Sam_Walker, thank you for taking the time to post on the board. I am sorry that you are having such a difficult time right now. It seems like you feel like you are alone, but please know that you are not. We are here for you. Don’t ever think that you are bothering us! You mentioned that last week was good, but “now it’s as bad as before.” Is there anything that made last week better than this week? Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
