anxiety is ruining my life

to anyone who wants to answer i really need help anxiety has always been apart of my life but the last 2 years it has steadily increased i have panic attacks all the time and can always feel my heart beating ,i no longer drink caffiene and am to afraid to workout i have constant anxiety over all sorts of things, i have such a hard time falling asleep and latelty have been having really vivid nightmares i finally have made a doctor appointment to get some help but am afraid there going to recomend some pill im to afraid to even take any advice would be nice

It's good you have made an appointment with a doctor. It can be scary getting on medication but medication has helped me greatly and the benefits out weigh the side effects.

Don’t be afraid of meds they will help you. You may get side effects at first just don’t give up on them. Good luck and take care
