new therapist

my appointment was yesterday with my new therapist. She picks up on things like i was swinging my foot back and foot. She knew i had some anxiety going on. The next time i see her is in a month due to her being so busy and the center is short handed for therapist. She even told me if she felt that i was in danger of hurting myself she would make the decision on having admitted. This was good because my last therapist didnt even say that to me.

I'm so happy that you've found a therapist that works for you. I know it can be quite a battle. I'm also going to be finding a new therapist because I'm moving so I hope I'll find one that is that good.

Srivet4, its hard finding the right therapist. The one i started with at the crisis center back in september is not part of the after care program so I can see her. But all well. At least this one will pick up on things and see what we can do the prevent them.
