I was wondering if you guys ever use a "break" from social media.
Does it ever help? I deleted my Facebook. Hoping itll do me some good. But honestly I'm addicted to my phone. I feel lost without it. If I dont use it within 10 minutes I feel like I'll forget about it and never use it again and be lost with contact to anyone... anyone else feel like this? Advice is appreciated

Yes it is often commented on here that when people take a break from social media it helps their mental health; so yes good idea
I can still reactivate mine it's not deleted just put on pause until further notice , i got off Facebook ig i even had a YouTube page. Is social media the problem or? Taking breaks might help greatly it's never a good thing being so attached to our phones
