Unnecessary Drama Increases Anxiety

Earlier today, I posted a video on this page discussing my story of sexual abuse & dealing with anxiety/depression as a therapist myself. This is a side that most people who deal with these issues rarely get to see.

A few minutes ago, someone left a comment on my post informing me that they reported me to the admins for promoting my business. As I work for DOJ as a Fed LEO, I’m trying to understand what business they are accusing me of promoting, unless it’s encouraging people to go to prison? 🤷🏾‍♀️ I saw a post earlier where the same individual that reported me was advertising for another doctor & website.

I would like to know how this type of behavior can be viewed as productive & why am I being called AGGRESSIVE for questioning this action? As I just joined yesterday, I would like to know is this the type of behavior that I should expect from this page? And did me sharing my story offend anyone?

This is probably a misunderstanding. In the past, people have used this forum as a platform to promote something. I have seen your video and I realize that you're not doing that, but that type of thing has happened several times before, and whoever reported you was simply acting according to the administrative guidelines:

Hi luckily there are people who have been on this page for many years and do tend to report spam ....bad language...people promoting businesses last week we had an online pharmacy selling black market benzodiazepines and the like someone reported them b4 I could buy some....bummer these people are a pain in the ass sometimes but we need them and value them 😊...not watched your video or read comments so not saying you promoted anything but I definitely need some therapy

Hi. I've not seen the post but I'd like to as i've been sexually abused and would like to face my fear rather than run away from it. In my opinion, I think more conversations about how we feel about it helps us understand that we're not alone and it's okay to freely put up what you want as somewhere somehow it helps people understand were that at.... Thank you for bringing this up as I'm dealing with it as best I know how but through my awareness this message alone helps me understand what's underlying deep down. Xxx

I’m over it guys. My problem was that they could have reached out to me in my inbox or at least watched the video to see what it was about. There was no need to post that publicly under my post & then accuse me of being aggressive when I asked them about it, but to each his own. We shouldn’t be so quick to judge.
