Sorry you are struggling today but you can get through this and take your exam tomorrow. Keep doing breathing exercises, try to get some exercise if you can, spend a few minutes trying to meditate and calm your mind and body down, drink a lot of water, be gentle with yourself and allow the feeling to pass without complicating it by allowing yourself to create more worry over it. It will go away quicker that way. Basically, try to slow things down and show yourself the same love you would for a friend in the same situation. You can do this!
I was actually finishing a meditation session just when i saw this ...thank you for the wonderful advice..i feel calmer today ..i took a break then tried to study again and i felt a bit better..im still worried about not doing well but its ok
