Woke 3.30 am Did jappa meditation 20 mins.
Did calm frequency therapy 30 mins
Listened to 60s music, singing and dancing in bed 1 hour.
Had a dead sea salt bath 6 am.
Had a Thai full body massage 11 am for 1Hour. £25.
Had a nap 2 hours afternoon.
6 pm. Spa bath and sauna, at home. water massage.
Before bed I will have a yoga nidra, guided meditation.
You have to work at feeling better, it does not happen unless you do something.
Tomorrow, Bullworker work out 1 hour, then a 10 mile walk.
