Wow. I walk and sometimes run and listen to meditations and get regular massages (they are fantastic for resetting the nervous system), but your day sounds wonderful.
No I dont take anything for sleep. I find if you talk to your brain telling it to sleep, and that its ok to relax, over and over for ten minutes or so I can sleep, A walk in the evening helps, also I dont watch TV or the news, Its easier to sleep without all the troubles of the world in your subconscious.
