Having an okay day. Didn't have to work today so I took a day to self care! Therapy, massage, meditation, and some online retail therapy 😂. Some days taking time to self care is very important! What are some of your all's favorite self care tasks?

Hi Dogmom55, glad to hear that you had a better day. One of my self care ways is to go on this sight and help others. I also write stories where I can immerse myself into a world of my own creating. Listening to music when writing is even better. Many happy vibes just for you....
Baths, in my jetted tub. A positive, I get clean w/o the effort of a shower. Lol
I love meditation! I had the best meditation session this morning. It's definitely my favorite kind right now.

I go through phases I'm finding with meditation! It will work well for a few months and then suddenly it just won't! Then I'll try again and it works, I need to just try to make myself do it even when I'm feeling like I don't need to
