Honestly all of you have been so helpful and kind to let me express myself and my worries as well as being willing to share your struggles with me. I feel much better than I did a week ago.
A week ago I was shaking and having panic attacks each night, unable to be left alone, constantly scared and expecting the worse. I'd make my brothers sit with me and just let me hold on to them because that's how scared I felt because of my anxiety.
Today I finally spent an entire day by myself and slept in my room. I'm no longer afraid, quite relaxed actually. There are times where the anxiety does come but it's a lot less and though I still overthink I think it's getting better.
I hope the rest of you feel some progress and feel calmer and happier too. Don't hesitate to message me if you ever need to talk. It helped me, I'm sure it'll help you.

Many tools are available for us to use. I'm open to trying different ideas to get help, especially when the fears come charging at me and I don't understand what is causing the trauma episode.

The spray works best for me. Like all meds and supps, it takes 15-20 minutes to feel the calm down when I rest while paying attention. Now I no longer expect immediate results to help me to calm down. I beg for faster action.
The realization of it taking some time has helped.
