What has worked and not worked?

I'm looking for support which will give me ways to manage the anxiety/panic disorder that is running my life. Tried every medication on the market. They make me sick with nausea, trouble breathing, sleep deprivation, etc. Go for Talk Therapy every week. It's exhausting and scary.

Female. Age- Senior. Been suffering increasingly for 5 yrs.

Behavior Health providers don't know what else to do. It's rare, but not on heard of to find such a tough patient who is developing many physical problems.

Why don't you try progesterone cream it takes a while to kick in also you could consider DHEA
