Yes! Along with pain, you can have many many many different signs/symptoms, my feet and legs now feel like they are on fire a new symptom I’m feeling. It’s a website that’ll give you every sign/symptom there is

Should I be concerned health wise bc it’s really scary and sometimes I feel like going to the hospital bc I scare myself

Hey Rainbow,

Lucy is right in that there are hundreds and hundreds of symptoms of anxiety/panic attacks. The list can be extremely intense at it's worst and simple at best and it's tremendously long. More than likely, this is related to anxiety if you're having a severe panic attack. The first question I would ask....do you suffer from acid reflux or any stomach issue that might flare up in stressful situations? When I have a panic attack, my stomach will bloat up and I can feel acid in the esophagus burning as stress/panic plus acid reflux makes things worse. Another question would be any lung conditions that could flare up during panic? Whether you answer yes or no to either, I wouldn't worry, again, anxiety/panic symptoms likely explain it all.

Health wise, if you are ever in doubt, never feel dumb going up only to find out it's a panic attack. You can have them run blood tests to rule heart issues, the pulse ox will show your oxygen levels, and you can get a clean bill of health where you know this is how you feel with a panic attack. I would get a doctor's visit together soon just so you can get answers and make sure all is well. Again, I would think this all falls under the symptoms of panic, but I'm not a doctor and you know your body better than anyone. If things get worse, seek out the hospital just to relax.

Personal note....I used to drive to a local urgent car/small hospital and sit in the parking lot while having an attack or close to one. I'd listen/practice to my mindfulness app while there and worst case if things got real bad, I was a mere 10 steps from help. It's scary, but I really think you'll be okay and that a good doctor's visit ruling out things just so your doctor can assure you would be a great idea.

Best of luck, take care!

Hello Rainbow!! I agree with Aequitas1983. It would benefit you to go to the doctors just to notify them of the symptoms you’re having and to answer any questions you may have. Praying you feel better soon.😊
