I do. When under extreme stress, I don’t have an appetite at all.
Yes I've experienced this- when I'm really upset, anxious I have no appetite!!😖I just try make myself eat something I think might help like turkey for protein or few nuts like walnuts/pecans or make a protein shake with coconut/almond or rice milk and banana which good for mood! or a piece of good dark chocolate if I hav it & it sounds good? I know it's easier said than done😣💞but try find something that sounds good to you and may be comforting& help lift your mood!

Thank you! but yea csn be hard sometimes I just make a chocolate milk also with good hormone free whole organic milk and real cocoa powder!! or if it's cold make it a hot cocoa!!!☕️I eat eggs fried or boiled🍳🍗🍏🍌🧀🍲green apples, a good bowl chicken soup sometimes is comforting or pieces of good cheese??
I'm just the opposite. I feel like eating everything, gain weight and one more reason to be stressed out
Yes. When I’m stressed just thinking about food can make me start feeling sick. And I normally love food. But when I get to overwhelmed with stress it’s the last thing I want.
