So I’ve been diagnosed with depression and anxiety.. I’ve been taking Zoloft. But nobody in my circle seems to understand what I’m going through or how I feel.. about everything just seems too much and I’m tired of trying to explain people how I feel.. so if anyone knows what I’m going through please talk to me

Hi you are in the right place as we all understand and no one on here will ever judge. Give you honest opinions yes but judge no.
To be honest I would stop trying to explain to people who refuse to even try and understand as you are just bashing your head against a stone. They can also give you silly advice and judge you. x
Sorry for the anxiety, loneliness, and depression that you have been feeling. I encourage you to speak with a counselor and stay in communication with your primary care provider about the medication and how you are feeling.
Yes, there are days where it feels like it is too exhausting to get up, hard to go on, things are overwhelming and getting through a minute at a time almost seems too long. Hold on, don't forget your coping exercises (what can I see, what can I smell, what are three colors I can see, what can I taste, what can I touch?), and try to keep on the best that you can. Maybe some of these resources would be helpful for you?
Also, feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to. Would be glad to share more about what has been helpful for me and point you to more resources.
