hey as soon as you feel anxiety coming on get up and do something to distract your thoughts.
Dk but I have been playing game lately it keep me distracted.

I draw, do puzzles, crosswords. The most effective I’ve found recently is to listen to a podcast while laying down in a dark room. I use essential oils as well.
