Hey everyone ,

Sorry I’ve been ghost. A lot has been going on..

Anxiety has been out of the roof lately, any ways to get the negative thoughts to stop before they get worse?? Any advice will be noted and tried 💕

hey as soon as you feel anxiety coming on get up and do something to distract your thoughts.

Yes, watch movies, Netflix, YouTube, do some art. Do anything which help you get distracted.

I draw, do puzzles, crosswords. The most effective I’ve found recently is to listen to a podcast while laying down in a dark room. I use essential oils as well.
