I'm not sure why I'm posting

I really don't know what I'm posting for or even how to express or explain what's going on. I'm really trapped in my own head I am worried if I say my feeling to others I'll make ppl look bad. And when I do try to talk to my friend I feel like such trash for wasting there time.i got things real messed up I don't know how to fix who to trust or if I'm even worth the trouble. I got out if hospital a but over a month ago and was doing pretty good not cutting but fell off the wagon.

I just don't know how to fix things and I know I'm most likely going down a road to even a bigger mess but I think it's just too late for me

first of all you are definitely worth it and im sure you are not wasting your friends time i personally would rather my friend talk to me than keep it ll bottled up. If youve been discharged from hospital is there no follow up??

Yes I got meds adjusted and was supposed to go to therapy again but when I was there last time she was on her phone or computer almost whole time .

But I guess I should schedule again

`Hi there. I just joined yesterday and took the first step to addressing my issues . I am not one to give any kind of diagnosis or professional opinion , but I wanted to share with you something I learned along the way in life . Your thoughts , regardless of how small or how large , how insignificant they may seem to others , are something to you . It could be like setting a cup on a coaster on a table , to someone else , its not that big of a deal , to you it could mean the end of the world , and that's all a example . You need to express your thoughts and address these things, not in a cruel hurtful manner. I found over time , I could let the little things go , and if it became a repetitive manner with something or someone or people , I would address the issue , that wouldn't put me in someone eyes as a bad , hurtful , hateful person , but as in a way " hey, this is something that means something to me , no matter how trivial it may be to you."

I have also learned over time people Hate hearing the truth , they despise it , people like to live in there own happy world with there own beliefs that make it perfect and encroaching on the world causes defensive feelings , possibly hate , or anger causing yourself to feel bad for addressing something or pointing something out , but you have to learn that it means something to you . If it is that important for you , find a medium or halfway to express your feelings without forcing your feelings on someone else, but getting them to understand how big of a impact it means to you, take a moment to think of what they may think , say or feel if the table was turned and they were expressing there feeling to you .

If your friend truly cares , a little explanation of where your coming from helps them understand what you are going through and feeling in life and in your mind . I am sorry if it felt like I was dancing around with a reply earlier in my reply, but I was trying to throw out some meaningful things that helps me explain to other people and to try to help you define a way to express yourself .

I know its hard , just have to see in your own writing your determined to try to find a way , just look , listen , read other people and see if you can find a way that helps you , pass your message .

Thanks I am usually very diplomatic when speaking to others it's me who thinks I'm bad for pushing my feeling about things on them.

Its not to late. Its never to late because you are worth it. We all are and were here to listen and support you. You have to keep fighting. Talk to your counselor or psychiatrist. Go for a walk. Practice deep breathing meditation or yoga. Sit by the water. Whatever works for you but please don't give up!

Well .. do things that do not require analytic thinking. Sports, reading, chatting, improv theater. It makes me get a huge rest from anxiety.
