its been 3 weeks now of being depressed, i did something and got caught and im being punished for it, im not mad at being punished because what i did was stupid and i deserve it. Im depressed, mad, ashamed, and lost all because of something i did. I dont wanna be in my house anymore with a drunk for a dad and a clueless for a mom. They dont get that i have problems. they dont care that im depressed. when i try to talk to them they just say ¨suck it up¨ but I csnt, i struggle with anxiety and that always makes everything worse and im pretty sure i will get no help putting this out there but at least i got to type out how im feeling. depressed and emotional asf.

It sounds like you live in a very invalidating environment. It will be vital for you to set boundaries with the dysfunction. They seem like they cannot be supportive. So don’t share with them. Come here. We will support you. Find positive outlets and things to occupy your mind.

Are you in school and/or working?? Is their anyone you can reach out to outside of your home? Keep coming back here, if just to vent and let out the frustration.
