I would like to help you through this if I can.
When I have attacks I like for people to just distract me with anything to get my head settled.
Has your attack passed?
I had one last night. This may sound a little corny but find Bob Ross on You Tube. That man can call an angry rhino on red bull. It helped me last night.

This is the grounding strategy I use:
Look around you. Identify and name:
5 things you see
4 things you feel
3 things you hear
2 things you smell
1 thing you taste
Do listen to some gud music it’s really helpful ... as I do the same during such situations
Sometimes when I'm having a panic attack I feel claustrophobic inside, and then anxiety from all sides when I go outside. Weirdly, going for a short drive with the windows down for 10-15 minutes makes it usually go away. I don't know if it's the right combination of inside/outside :), or just the process of distracting myself in a way I find just reading or watching movies can't, but it may be something you can try next time.
