I have been avoiding social activities for the past years, i feel so unproductive though i am managing a small entity as my source of income. I have a very understanding and supportive husband but he works in a cruise ship for 7 mos and go home for a 2 month vac, that's the cycle. I always wanted his presence all the time but he needs to work still.

🌸 hi and welcome. if you are on the right meds it will help. I too rely on meds for my depression, general anxiety disorder, borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. I could not be without my meds but yes our circumstances are not always ideal which can cause anxiety and deppression even with meds. when your husband is away it might be good to have a support system so you know your support is there. I would battle without my husband (even though he doesn't always know what to do) just knowing he is there. you've been going through mental health for quite some time. when things seem worse make time to relax, breathe, colour, anything that can ease your worries for a while 🌸

I don't do good at all in social settings. Oh my you have a lot to deal with , my hubby is a trucker gone all week but gee he is home for 26-36 hours a week. I really feel for you. Oh this disease is so nasty. I hope you find your joy today! Love, peace, light & hugs!

I hope that my hubby will be home for good the soonest time. I am from the Philippines and job opportunities here not as many as other countries have and so my hubby has to endure the pain of being away from us.

I'm sorry you guys have to live this way. Try to take your mind to a happy place or time for a few minutes every once in a while. XXX

Hi there! Welcome! I found that taking magnesium malate and ginseng helped me a lot! They have helped many others too! They calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop around. Much anxiety/depression is a deficiency of magnesium. Also, get outside, breathe fresh air, lay on grass, it grounds you again. Another thing that helps is volunteering so we get outside our own problems, it helps us as we help others. Hope this helps you. =)
