I’m feeling really uncomfortable. That’s the best way to describe how I’m feeling. It’s a combination of things that’s going on. For one, the evenings are always the toughest for me. I get extreme anxiety and feel depressed more in the evenings. I am also very lonely and feel sad. My medication is supposed to help with depression but it only helps very little if any at all. I can’t take a regular antidepressant medication because I’m bipolar and it will make me manic. The last time that happened I ended up in the hospital for three weeks. I am going to be doing TMS for my depression coming up soon so I hope that helps. I’m really struggling and desperate for a solution.

My niece is bipolar. We were extremely worried about her and she even contemplated suicide. She went to counseling consistently and had her meds adjusted several times until they got it right. She is now engaged and working a full-time job and is doing very good. Continue to seek help and the right amount of medication. Get a second opinion if you need if you don't feel results. Praying this will help and and hopefully who knows you may be an administrator on this site or one like this to help others.
