Dry mouth extreme thirst.

Hey there was wondering if anyone suffers from dry mouth like its been a few days now and from waking up in the morning my mouth is constantly dry even when I hydrate ?

Hi James. This is Shnookie. I’ve had issueswith my meds and dry mouth for a long time. One product that works to a a certain extent is Biotene. U can purchase itbin a drugstore like a mouthwash, spray chewing gum, I’m not sure 🤔 if toothpaste.

I’m not sure about the gum. But I know that there is mouth rinse and mouth spray

I always do. It’s ridiculous. I started using this stuff you put in your mouth - it’s a gel - it works pretty well. Are you drinking enough water?

Not really a mean i am but could probably drink a lot more i have a stuffy nose to tho hoping I ain't coming down with summit x

Anxiety tends to make us mouth breathe both when sleeping and awake causing

this extremely dry mouth. Hydration is important but as long as you are not

breathing through your nose, your mouth will continue to get extremely dry.

And then again, many medications contribute to this dry mouth feeling as well xx

Could be meds or maybe high blood sugar. Biotene mouth wash works very well.
