Woah I have never thought of it that way. So if I look at it that way You grab the tool when you need it, not before. I feel there’s a fine line between preparing yourself for some event in life and worrying yourself silly. The more I go over what I will say to someone or for a test the better are chances of getting it right... but if I try too hard preparing well that is no fun thinking so much about it.
