I know this is a safe place. I know I’m fine, but I feel like I’ve had trouble breathing. It’s an anxiety thing, so I just need it to pass. It’s only been since last night and I slept fine. So, I’m getting married in 10 days which I’m so excited about. The only thing I’m upset about is that I just found out last week that my ex husband cheated on me before our wedding. It was like a punch in the gut. So even though I don’t care about him, it still hurt. Maybe that’s what’s weighing on my mind. I haven’t taken my anxiety meds since March and I’ve lowered my Prozac with my doctor and should be off it in a month. I’m happy about that, but I feel like I randomly need my anxiety meds. I carry them, but I fight taking it because I’ve been doing so well.

Congratulations with getting married! It is ok to feel anxious sometimes and feel hurt as well. We are human, we have emotions...It is great you are doing so well, and hopefully you will not need meds anymore. I don't take meds now as well, it is not i know for sure i will need them ever(actually i am pretty sure i will need them sometimes ...life is tough and gives us surprises sometimes which we don't want to get). Good luck to you and let sunshine of new beginning be in your life!
Hello Scarlet!
Please try to let go of the dump of information that someone probably should’ve kept to themselves! Your focus needs to be your soulmate whom you’re marrying in 10 days! If you feel like you need your anti-anxiety meds, I would ask for them. It won’t hurt a thing to have something available if you need it so you can be a calm and glowing bride 👰🏽 Getting married is a stressful thing! Take measures now to ensure smooth sailing! I’m wishing you peace on your new journey!
Good morning, Bride-to-Be I remember the week before getting re-married (10 years ago in a couple of weeks, happily married too-I might add!) I had alot of anxiety and fear that kept trying to bubble up, because of the previous marriage. But, you aren't marrying your ex, you're marrying a whole different person. As for the ex and his cheating-well the REAL punch in the gut to him will be when you are happily remarried and enjoying life with the man who loves you and treats you like his queen! Have a great time in these last days of prep and don't forget...no wedding is perfect. It isn't the wedding that matters, it's the marriage that follows
I'm sure it's going to be a beautiful bride! Keep us posted!
