Still looming over me

I have had every cardio.test done minus a heart cath., and all comes back fine except for a Lil change in my twaves that the dr.said are non specific, and he sees no issues but I still have the palps, the hot feeling, then comes the thoughts that this is it I'm gona die, I'm gona have a heart attack right here, then comes the ache in the chest the panic feeling, I have been dealing with this for almost 2yrs. How to convince myself that the dr.knows what he is talking out when my body feels other wise, or is it just my mind over thinking, and me letting my anxiety win....either way it is so agverating that feeling of your not in control over your own body

I'm really sorry. It's hard when doctors don't know or can't pinpoint what is going on. I hope you get the care and support you need.
