Hi again I hope everyone is well and happy and healing!!
I know this is a very petty worry, but every time I receive a text or a phone call from one of my few friends, I get extremely anxious and panicky, my breathing and heart rate speed up and I get awful stomach cramps. Then I feel guilty because I don’t answer them because I’m overly worried I’ll say something wrong and they’ll get annoyed. Also, I overanalyze everything they say and worry they dislike me after the conversation is over. Just needed to vent a bit. Have a good day!!

Hi! I just freak out no matter who it is who calls: my brother, my daughter, etc. I always think it's going to be bad news and my anxiety really bubbles up. I know how you feel and it's just so frustrating. I may be responding to you, but thanks for listening to me.
Hi Agora1 😁😊 thanks for the fast reply!! I’m not glad that others feel this way, but it’s still nice not to be alone in this!! That is exactly what happens to me!! Do you also get triggered by loud noises, yelling, and specific words?? I get triggered by the words introduce yourself, presentation, fine, whatever and other words that seem completely meaningless! Lol about the phone 😂 I hope your anxiety gets better soon!!
Nearly all kids do,my daughter talks to me about texts she's received or sent so she feels okay about what she's sending, couldn't you do that?or you could tell your friends your always worried things come out in the wrong way via text and if they ever feel that your upset in a text or angry to please ask you?
Hi curlybacks Yes I think I’ll talk to them about it. One of them knows I have anxiety but she still doesn’t really understand. I’ll try to talk to them though thanks so much, goodnight!
