I am sorry I couldn't open your two hyperlinks, but by reading what you posted it sounds like your very conflicted and trying to put on a brave face while suffering silently to yourself. What's going on my friend...cause 'fine' means 'f'd up, insecure, neurotic, and emotional.....and I know cause I used to say it a lot....can you talk about it...

I cry so much I could fill Lake Michigan. I dont know if ts good to cry and release the anger, fear what ever or hold it back.

these are just cognitive distortions. depression lies. the way you see yourself isn't the way others see you. youre a good person who can get better.
