I need help. Support. I've had a long haul of experiences with mental illnesses and treatment. I don't have a support system anymore. I feel so alone. I'm so anxious tonight. I feel like im crawling out of my skin. I have no motivation to do anything. I haven't worked on my coursework all week, I have to go back to work tomorrow and I honestly don't want to do anything. I want to lay in my bed and do nothing. I don't want to feel this way anymore..

It's really great that you reached out to this wonderful support group. Thanks for sharing all that you did. I know how hard it can be and how badly you want it to change. Just know that change is possible, it just may take a little more time. Try and be patient and most of all, patient with yourself. We are all here for you! Do you have a current therapist and are you taking medicine as well?

Yes Ive been on medication for a long time. Trial and error, figuring out what is going to work for me. I have not been to a therapist, ironically, my anxiety has prevented me from taking that step. But I know I need to. I'm going to try to call some offices tomorrow that are in my area. Hopefully I can find someone that can help me..

Thank you very much. It means a lot.

I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. You are welcome to share your feeling here with us. We support you here and we will try to make you feel better. I think that you just need to take some time off to relax before going back there. Life can get crazy and a lot of us run out of breath. It's important that you treat yourself well :). But don't lose the motivation to go work as it's important for you to have a steady income to support yourself. Best of luck to you and stay strong xoxo.

I'm starting that tomorrow 👍🏼

We are all here to help you. Start with a smile. Everything will be fine. The emotions are crazy sometimes but really smile.

You came to the right place. This group is amazing. Try to do one little thing even if it's brushing your teeth. This little accomplishment will make you feel good.
