i honestly feel like actual shit because my mom and family are being super judgemental because im not freaking perfect, like they learned to clean the entire house at my age and they keep pointing out that i can't do shit. and honestly it makes me wanna die or just lock myself in the bathroom.

I’m sorry to hear this Sarah. Trying to fulfill your family’s expectations can be overwhelming, try to talk to them to be clear about the expectations. They might be unaware that they are putting pressure on you so please talk to them or to your mom and express what you exactly feel. I hope you will feel better soon. You are in my prayers. Take care.
