I’m still scared something is wrong with me. Everything came back fine. I have heath anxiety. I get dizzy a lot but I know it’s just because I’m super anxious. But I’m then I’m scared it’s really something wrong. I’ve gotten heart palpations where my heart thuds really hard and it scares me into a panic attack. It’s just a cycle and I’m so tired of it.

As long as your not anemic then it’s the anxiety. I had heart palpitations and turned out I had anemia too. Are you taking b vitamins? Those gave me heart palpitations really bad. Anxiety is awful, I’m so sorry you suffer with it. Some light exercise helps, but mostly it’s learning to keep yourself calm and not over react to feeling strange. Easier said than done I know.

Yeah I just recently started getting palpations. I was taking b12 but I’m not now.
