Blood pressure is it low?

Hi I’ve done 2 reading of blood pressure and it’s scaring me. 82/62 and the other 79/61os this low, on google it says low but when I type it in nhs it says healthy I’m so panicked someone please give me something, iam feeling dizzy when I stand but that’s my anxiety I’m currently pregnant 8 weeks and going for the pill to terminate the baby’s not healthy on Monday so I’m really stressed out

Hypo, please get the help you need by making a phone call to your doctorbefore Monday. The fact that you are dizzy and pregnant is concerning.

Your doctor is the only one who knows your health history and can advise

Thanks I will do, I’ve done loads off times since and it’s gone back normal it was when I stood up I’ve been lying down all day and then checked it so it panicked me but loads off times it’s normal readings now

Hi There;

Are you active? if not it could become a problem, but Pregnancy does weird things to your body.

I'm not a doctor, but there is something called postural Hypotension which can become a problem in anyone. Best you see your doctor about it.

That is low.. I run low also.. My Dr recommended Gatorade.. I personally prefer powerade zero, same but no sugar.. I heard pedalyte.. Most regular foods have salt, so you may not need to watch sodium as much as most people... I was told as much by my Dr. Good luck 🍀 😘

Thanks for your reply I’ve been doing it all day constantly I’m so scared and it says it irregular heartbeat symbol so that’s scared me even more, I’m going in tomorrow for a termination so it’s scaring me even more babays not viable no more so it’s panicking me

I did my blood pressure but I was lying down on my side it went really low but when I sat up it’s normal should I take it when I’m lying on my side?

The cuff needs to be at the same level as your heart.

Me too, think I’ve just got myself all worked up that’s why it’s low but it’s never been low, keep thinking all sorts it’s going to go wrong etc bleed to death awww it’s been such a nightmare this past 2 weeks

It was not from anxiety. I would black out in the shower.. Watching TV light headed..
