So i havent left my house in two months and i cant seem to leave without panicking yet i need to leave to get the help i need like counseling and therapy i dont know what to do anymore

I was agoraphobic for fourteen years. I know where you are coming from. Some doctors might work over the phone or even via video conference on the computer these days. You need to find a doctor who treats panic disorders and phobias. You could also try self help books. That is how I overcame my agoraphobia.

Yes! I have a counselor I speak with on the phone, he also has a YouTube channel his name is Carl Benedict. More and more counselors offer online and telephone therapy!
